Return Process

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
